Washington Township Mausoleum

Volunteers are needed for general maintenance of the Beecher Mausoleum

We need volunteers from local individuals, businesses, or organizations.

Whether you are part of a school group, member of boy and/or girl scouting troop, 4-H or just a community-minded citizen, we could use a helping hand.

The following ongoing general maintenance projects must be performed on a regular basis:

• Sweeping inside the building
• General cleaning
• Mow the grass
• Trim bushes and/or trees
• Plant and water flowers
• help touch up the paint on the head stones

We are also looking for professionals or businesses that would like to donate services to help restore the building to its former splendor.

We need help in the following areas:

• Stained glass
• Locksmithing
• Marble repair/replacement
• Landscaping
• Brick sidewalk installation
• Sign construction

We are grateful to all those who have helped in the past and who continue to work on this National Landmark building.
