ARTHUR HORN DIES, FORMER RESIDENT

Funeral services were held Wednesday for former Crete resident Arthur H. Horn who died Sunday at Baptist Medical Center, Little Rock. He was born July 13, 1901 in Crete and lived most of his life here.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Spindler-Koelling Chapel in Crete, with the Rev. A.T. Kretzmann, of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating. Entombment was in the family mausoleum in Beecher.

Mr. Horn is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Clara Hager of Crete, and Mrs. Elsie Groeneveld of Joliet; and a brother Vernon R. Horn of Coffeyville, Kansas. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Charles F., Reinhold, Herbert and Walter.
